Pumpkin Pie Playdough
I made up a fresh batch of festive play dough the other day, and ALL of my kids (even my big ones!) sat down and played with it for almost an hour! Say what? I dug through our cookie cutters and bin of play food and found some things to up the creative play even
Pumpkin Pie Playdough recipe:
51/2 cups flour
2 cups salt
3/4 cup oil
8 teaspoons Cream of Tarter
4 cups water
1 container pumpkin pie spice
Mix all ingredients together. Cook and stir over medium heat until lumps disappear and it no longer looks wet. Knead the dough on a floured surface until it’s smooth. Store in an airtight container.
This recipe makes A LOT. Which is great, if you have a lot of kids like me, ha! But you could easily cut this recipe in half for a smaller batch.
